List of Documents to Bring (Company)
Please bring the following, note that these may not be all applicable to you but these are the basic documents we need in order to start with your Company Tax Return.
1. Any forms you have received (1099...etc)
2. P&L for the company
3. Balance Sheet (if applicable)
4. Any changes in shareholders
5. Owners withdrawals
6. Payroll Reports (Year End Summary, W3, Qtly filings)
7. 1099's issued to contractors.
8. Sales Tax filing (if applicable)
9. Prior Year Taxes (for new clients)
