Anyone who can meet all three of the following requirements can deduct your moving expenses
Firstly, if your move closely relates to the  work place
Secondly, you have to  meet the distance test that means  your new work place must be at least 50 miles  from your old house.
Thirdly, you have to  meet the time test which means if you are an employee, you must work full time for at least 39 weeks during a year.
